Product testing steps

1. Check the working status of the test bench and instruments  to ensure normal operation

2. Check the hydraulic pump pipeline connection to ensure it is tight and leak-free

3. Start the hydraulic gauge and preheat

4. Run hydraulic pump a while to warm up to a stable operating temperature to ensure the pump operates normally

5. Set pump operating parameters according to test requirements, such as pressure, flow, speed, etc.

6. Finally, pour the test liquid and start the test bench to let the pump run again and record the working parameters such as pressure, flow, speed, and temperature. At the same time, observe the working status of the pump including noise, vibration, temperature changes, etc.
